- 1 cup cream of rice
- 2 cups milk or almond milk
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 apple (diced, sautéed with cinnamon)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Heat milk with a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
- Slowly whisk in cream of rice and simmer 3–5 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in honey and cinnamon.
- Serve warm topped with bananas, berries, and apples.
Notes
Swap fruits seasonally. Add nut butter for protein. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat with milk.
