Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream of rice (45g)
  • 1¼ cup water or milk
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 23 droppers liquid stevia
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • 2 tsp nut butter drizzle
  • Optional: whipped cream, flake salt

Instructions

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil.
  2. Whisk in cream of rice and cook until thick and creamy.
  3. Stir in cinnamon and stevia.
  4. Top with berries, nut butter, and a sprinkle of flake salt.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes
