- Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or stevia
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, spices, and vanilla in a mason jar.
- Stir well until combined.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and top with cinnamon or pumpkin seeds.
