Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1½ tbsp finely chopped dates
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar.
- Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and add fresh fruit or nuts if desired.
Notes
Can be stored in fridge up to 5 days. Add more milk before eating if desired.
