- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 container (5.3 oz) low sugar Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups mixed berries
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
Instructions
- Wash and chop berries if needed.
- Divide all ingredients between two jars.
- Stir to combine, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with extra fruit and almonds before serving.
Notes
You can swap the berries for any fruit of choice or add chia seeds for extra fiber.
