Easy, healthy no-bake peanut butter oat bliss balls perfect for snacks or a clean eating dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
You can sub peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter. Add dark chocolate chips for a treat. Keeps for up to 1 week refrigerated.
