Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 2 tbsp warm water (to bloom)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes
- Dissolve gelatin and mix with other ingredients
- Stir everything in a jar
- Refrigerate overnight
- Add toppings and enjoy
