- 2 cups water
- 2 cups almond milk
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Pulse rice in blender until finely ground.
- Bring water and almond milk to a boil.
- Stir in ground rice and salt, then reduce heat.
- Cook until the mixture becomes creamy, about 12 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust thickness by adding more milk or water. Best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
