Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup mango, sliced
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds

Instructions
