- ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ½ banana, sliced
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup mango, sliced
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, and spices in a mason jar.
- Add banana slices and drizzle with honey.
- Top with mango and almonds.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
