Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
- ½ banana (mashed)
- Handful of blueberries
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½–1 tbsp peanut butter
- Walnuts (optional topping)
Instructions
- Mix oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup in a jar.
- Add mashed banana, blueberries, and strawberries. Stir well.
- Top with more berries, walnuts, or peanut butter.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours).
- Enjoy cold or slightly warmed the next morning.
Notes
Store up to 3 days in the fridge. Swap nut butter for almond or cashew butter. Add granola before serving for crunch.
