Ingredients

- 3/4 cup full-fat plant milk (e.g., coconut)
- 1/2–1 tsp adaptogen powder (ashwagandha, reishi, etc.)
- 1 tbsp chia or flaxseed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Dash of sea salt
- Toppings: fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight (6–12 hrs).
- In the morning, top with fruit, nuts, or more adaptogens if desired.
