Ingredients

- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ⅓ cup fruit or yogurt (middle layer)
- ¼ cup topping: granola, nuts, fresh fruit
Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, chia, and sweetener. Let sit for 5–10 min.
- Layer base into a mason jar.
- Add middle layer of fruit, yogurt, or nut butter.
- Top with crunchy ingredients before eating.
- Refrigerate for 6+ hours. Enjoy cold!
